Appointment Booking Disclaimer - By booking an appointment through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Preliminary Booking Only – Your appointment request does not guarantee immediate service or confirm availability. All bookings are subject to review and confirmation by our team. Service Assessment – Final pricing and service timelines will be determined after a full inspection of your vehicle. Any necessary repairs or parts replacement will require your approval before work proceeds. Work Authorization – Submitting a booking request does not serve as work authorization. A separate approval will be required to begin any repair or modification services. Condition of Vehicle – A $30 cleaning fee may apply to vehicles that arrive excessively dirty, muddy, or covered in debris that interferes with inspection or repair. We reserve the right to assess this fee at our discretion for the safety and accuracy of our work. Liability – We are not liable for any delays caused by parts availability, unforeseen issues discovered during service, or changes in scheduling due to emergencies or weather. Cancellation Policy – We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
